Copyright and Content Rules

Luvlog respects creators, rights holders, and the people represented in personal records. Although Luvlog is a local tool with no public community, users remain responsible for lawful use of stored material.

01

Ownership of user content

You retain the rights you hold in original or lawfully licensed text, images, video, audio, and other content. Luvlog does not acquire ownership merely because you create, import, or organize the material on your device, and does not use it for advertising, training, public display, or promotion.

02

Lawful sources and personal use

Make sure imported material has a lawful source and respect copyright, trademark, portrait, privacy, reputation, and personal-information laws. Local storage does not remove restrictions on copying, distribution, or commercial use.

  • Prefer your own work, licensed material, lawful fair use, or public-domain material;
  • Respect the wishes and reasonable privacy expectations of people shown or recorded;
  • Do not create or store clearly unlawful, infringing, abusive, threatening, or maliciously exposing material;
  • For online material of uncertain origin, keep attribution and license records and avoid unauthorized public or commercial use.
03

Luvlog software and brand

The Luvlog app, icon, interface, layout, name, website design, and official copy are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Do not impersonate, unbundle for sale, mirror-distribute, or make products that misleadingly appear official without written permission. Uses expressly permitted by law remain unaffected.

04

Demo-content notice

The first release may include sample people, names, avatars, events, journals, and relationships to demonstrate features. All names, people, and scenarios are fictional. Any resemblance to real people, organizations, or events is coincidental.

05

Rights notices

Luvlog has no public content platform, so the operator normally cannot view or remove content stored on a user’s device. If you believe official website material, built-in demo content, icons, or promotional material infringes your rights, email 2468181527@qq.com with the subject “Rights Notice.”

  • Your name or organization and valid contact details;
  • Initial evidence that you own or may enforce the relevant right;
  • The exact location, screenshot, or sufficient description of the material;
  • The action requested and a statement that the submitted information is accurate.
06

Review and contact

After receiving a sufficiently detailed notice, we will review it and may correct, replace, remove, or explain official material as appropriate. We will explain technical limits where material exists only on another user’s device and is inaccessible to us.
